R.E. Mountain Secondary along with all Langley District Schools, is committed to the Aboriginal Education Enhancement Agreement
In March 2022, the BC Ministry of Education announced an Indigenous Graduation Requirement. This requirement is part of the province’s Indigenous-specific anti-racism and discrimination strategy for the K-12 school system. It is guided by the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples (UNDRIP) and is an important commitment to Truth and Reconciliation in our community.
RE Mountain students will have several four credit opportunities to engage in learning to meet the new graduation requirements. These choices include:
